    I worked with Cadi at Gift Baskets Overseas and he was terrific! I had many gifts to purchase and all were shipped to different countries. I continuously encountered issues with the website and could not place the order. Cadi worked with me not only to purchase the gift within my price range, but assisted with the separate credit card billing too. He was kind and professional with each email and call. I couldn't have done this without his help. He even notified me when all packages were delivered. This is above and beyond customer service. Because off Cadi's great customer service, I will definitely use Gift Baskets Overseas again.

    I've worked with this company for years, and I receive exceptional service every year! I purchase several thousands of dollars of gifts each year both domestic and international and it has been perfect year after year. They are always available, very friendly and go above and beyond. I've mostly worked with Carmen, Iris and Mariana, however, everyone I've worked with there has been exceptional and a great asset to the company.

    I live in Spain. My only family live in New Zealand. I have just used Gift Baskets to select a Christmas basket of personally selected things. The staff at Gift Baskets were most helpful since my family have moved and I did not know some details such as Province and phone number - they quickly did and facilitated the order which was delivered in good condition and on time, I shall use them again since at 85 years old even online shopping can be complex.

    Order process was very easy with lots of choices and selection. Payment process was seamless even outside the UK. Slight issue with a missing phone number for the recipient and an incorrect town entered by me, were quickly resolve via email..same day. Delivery was right on time and our dear friends love their gift basket. I would highly recommend this company for your gifting needs.

    I saw photos that were sent to me from my sister who sent the gift hamper to, and as in the past, the presentation is quite beautiful. The products that are in the gift basket are of a very high quality.
