I was very hesitant to use an unknown online process after several bad incidents in the past but I was so very happy with the results. This is the second time I've used this service and both times it has been a great experience. They're easy to deal with, the items I've ordered were very fresh and great presentation and delivered exactly as requested. My parents live in Israel. My dad did not feel well recently so I decided to send him a gift basket. It was a bit tricky finding a company that delivers to Israel, as I did not want to send just flowers and chocolates. I gave a very short notice on my order. Giving them less than 2 business days and wanting it delivered on the weekend. Between those two facts, I figured my package wouldn't be on time. But I was pleasantly surprised to realize it arrived exactly when I wanted it to! The service is fantastic and ill definitely be using them again.

I was very impressed with the service I received!! I wanted a special gift delivered to a special person in Turkey and this was accomplished thanks to all of you! The customer service was very professional and considerate. I was notified of every step and was also able to make substitutions due to delays, which were not due to the company. I don't know of a single other company that takes the time to personally call their customers to be sure a quality product is delivered and picked up in the same condition.
